Howdy Manco!!

Anne Seymour was first a stage actress, before beginning her film career in 1944. She appeared in the 1949 film, All The King's Men, Stage To Thunder Rock, Stay Away Joe and others during her long career. She also had a long career in t.v., appearing on many of the series from the 50's-80's, including Rawhide, Peter Gunn and Emergency. She made her last appearance in the popular film, Field Of Dreams.

James O'Hara was the brother of Maureen O'Hara and appeared with her in The 1952 film, The Quiet Man, with John Wayne, which was also his film debut. He also appeared in Fort Yuma, The Desert Rats, The Rare Breed, Spencer's Mountain, The Long Grey Line and Cheyenne Autumn. Although his was a fairly short career in film, he made the most of it.

Earl Holliman has always been one of my favorite actors. I guess I first saw him in the 1956 film, Forbidden Planet, although he made his film debut in 1953 and had already appeared in The Bridges At Toko-Ri and Broken Lance. He also appeared in Gunfight At The O.K. Corral, and Last Train From Gun Hill. Although he will probably be best remembered for the t.v. series, Hotel De Paree, as the Sundance Kid and Wide Country with Andrew Prine and Police Woman with Angie Dickinson, I will always remember the pilot for Alias Smith And Jones with Peter Duell and Ben Murphy and Holliman's hilarious role as "Wheat".

Eve Brent began her film career on the t.v. series, Death Valley Days, back in the early 50's. She also appeared in the films, Forty Guns, White Buffalo. Airport and Fade To Black. She has also made many appearances on t.v. series, from the 50's-90's, like Annie Oakley, Bat Masterson, Sugarfoot and Little House On The Prairie. This is because she took on the role of "Jane" in the film, Tarzan's Fight For Life with Gordon Scott and according to Eve, she couldn't get work, because she had been typecast by Hollywood directors. You will probably remember her best, as .Ms Connally, the lady in the rest home, that Dabbs Greer took to see the old mouse in the shack, at the end of the film, The Green mile. Although .Ms Brent passed away in 2011, her role in the film, Hit List, will premiere in 2013.

Charles Dierkop began his film career in an episode of the t.v. series, Voyage To The Bottom Of The Sea, in 1961. He snagged an uncredited role in the Paul Newman film, The Hustler and Newman must have remembered him, because he appeared in the Newman/Redford film, Butch Cassidy And The Sundance Kid as Flat Nose Curry in 1969 and again in, The Sting. He has appeared on just about every t.v. series from the 60's through the 90's, including High Chaparral, Alias Smith And Jones, but will probably be best remembered as Detective Pete Royster on the 70's t.v. series, Police Woman, with Angie Dickinson and Earl Holliman. He sometimes wears a big ole Mexican Mustachio in his roles.

Athena Lorde (1915-1973) was an actress of stage, radio, film and TV. She appeared in several TV series from 1950 to the early '70s, including Car 54 Where Are You, Family Affair, Gunsmoke, Cimarron Strip, Bonanza, and the Flying Nun. She also appeared in Firecreek, One More Train to Rob, and Skin Game.
