Howdy Tinhorn!!

It appears that Hal Price was a contract player to a studio during the 30's and 40's, because he appeared in over 250 films from 1930-1952. Most of which were B-westerns like Man From Texas and Trouble In Texas , both with Tex Ritter and The Return Of The Durango Kid with Charles Starrett, along with Call The Mesquiteers with Bob Livingston, Ray Corrigan and Max Terhune.. He was uncredited in about half of these 250 films. One of his last appearances was on the Roy Rogers Show in 1952.

So Hal price seems to fall into the "That Guy" category, because you see his face, but you don't know his name, like Bert Mustin.
