Robert Cornthwaite was another of these great supporting actors that Jim and I had the pleasure to know. Who can ever forget his role as the scientist who will do whatever he can to keep Jim Arness alive in the name od science in The Thing From Another World. Another really nice guy.

Howdy Pards!!

Robert Cornthwaite appeared in several memorable films, such as What Ever Happened To Baby Jane, Colosus, The Forbin Project, Monkey Business, but as Tom said, he will always be remembered best as the mad scientist in The Thing From Another World, who wanted to raise little "Thangs" in his lab.

Carolyn Jones was a leading lady in many films, such as King Creole with Elvis Presley, A Hole In The Head with Frank Sinatra, Last Train From Gun Hill with Anthony Quinn and Kirk Douglas, but it is the role of Morticia Adams opposite John Astin as Gomez in the 60's comedy, The Adams Family, that she will be best remembered for, A bit of trivia about Carolyn Jones!! She claimed direct descendancy from the Apache Chief Geronimo.

Indus Arthur appeared in several good films, like The Slender Thread, The hilarious film M.A.S.H and Alveraz Kelly with William Holden. She also appeared in several t.v. series like Perry Mason, Dragnet and became a regular on the daytime soap opera, General Hospital.

Nathan Lee Chases His Horse is a real live Lakota Sioux Indian. He has appeared in a couple of made for t.v. films, like Bury My Heart At Wounded Knee and Into The West, but it is the role of the young Sioux warrior, Smiles A Lot, in Kevin Costner's epic film, Dances With Wolves, that he is most associated with.

Carolyn Jones, mostly known as Morticia Addams on The Addams Family. Early in her career, she was in House of Wax, in which Vincent Price turned her into a wax statue of Joan of Arc. She was also in the 1956 version of The Man Who Knew Too Much, Invasion of the Body Snatchers, Last Train to Gun Hill, King Creole, and How the West Was Won. After the Addams Family, she played Marsha, the Queen of Diamonds on Batman, as well as Queen Hippolyta on Wonder Woman.

Indus Arthur was a TV actress for most of her short career. Her first big screen role was in Alvarez Kelly, but probably remembered as Lt. Leslie in MASH (she's the one sleeping with Henry, but always giving Radar the eye). She died of skin cancer at the age of 43.
