Howdy Manco!!

Arnold Laven was one of the three members of the Levy-Gardner-Laven production group, that produced The Rifleman and The Big Valley. You will always see their names at the end of each episode of these t.v. westerns. He also directed Rough Night In Jericho and Sam Whiskey along with many episodes of Mannix, the original A Team, The Rockford Files and many other t.v. series.

I remember Johnny Seven as a character actor, who appeared in many of the ole 50'sand 60's t.v. series. I think he also played a policeman in the Raymond Burr series, Ironside.

Linda Cristal appeared in the Duke's Alamo and Two Rode Together, then retired. She came out of retirement to take on the role of Victoria in High Chaparral and retired again in 1992. A beautiful fiery Argentine actress.

Peter Fonda is not only the son of the great Henry Fonda and brother to Jane Fonda, but is also the father of Bridgett Fonda. He found success in the cult classic Easy Rider in 1969. He went on to make Dirty Mary And Crazy Larry, Ullee's Gold, The Limey and Wanda Nevada. He actually appeared in a couple of westerns films, such as The Hired Hand, which has been restored and has been shown on the Encore/Western channel and the remake of 3:10 To Yuma.

Victor Fleming directed mostly action and Western films in the silent era, but he's known best for directing The Wizard of Oz and Gone With the Wind. For us Western fans, he was guy that made Gary Cooper a star in The Virginian (1929).
