Well Happy Birthday Tom Mix!

I just found out a Tom Mix Museum opened June 1, 1968. Today it is owned by the Oklahoma
State Historical Society and is managed by contract with the Tom Mix
Museum Board of Directors, Inc.. a local group.
Wonder why it's not in Pa where he was from.

Wow! I didn't know Tom Mix was a Pennsyltuckian! Cameron County...that's about a four or five hr. drive from Red Lion.

Mix Run, Pennsylvania is an unincorporated village located in Gibson Township, Cameron County, Pennsylvania. The village is not tracked by the Census Bureau.

The village is somewhat remote and is located adjacent to Elk State Forest. It is most famous as the birthplace and childhood home of silent film actor Tom Mix.
